Disarmonia Mundi start spreading their word at the beginning of year 2000 and after many line-up changes they successfully record 'Nebularium', the first full-length album, completely self-produced
into mastermind Ettore Rigotti's home studio. Unfortunately, due to the same line up instability, live performances in order to support the album never arrive and also the songwriting process for the next record slows down. The only survivors from the former line-up, Ettore Rigotti and Mirco Andreis,
finally join their forces with the new screamer Claudio Ravinale and together they start working on new material. The former singer Benny Bianco Chinto writes some lyrics and some vocal lines too. After the first pre-production of the new tracks the band records a kick-ass promo that gives them the opportunity to sign with Scarlet Records. Firmly convinced to release another completely self-produced album the band starts the recording sessions once again into Ettore's homestudio. In the meantime they get in contact with the well known frontman Bjorn "Speed" Strid (Soilwork/Terror 2000), that immediately shows interest in the band, to the point that he records the vocal parts for the new album, now considered a real "must": "Fragments of D-Generation" was mixed by Goran Finnberg at Mastering Room, Sweden, and both fans and press described it as a hell of a masterpiece, mixing technical and thrashing death metal with crushing rhythmic heaviness, rumbling double bass explosions and catchy, energetic, melodic riffing. An amazing and surprising result for a newcomer band that uncompromisingly demonstrates how mature and unique Disarmonia Mundi's own style is. 2006 will see the release of the band's third offering, 'Mind Tricks', already a top priority for Scarlet and Soundholic (Soilwork, Carnal Forge, Terror 2000, which will release the album in Japan). The new album, featuring once again "Speed" Strid on vocals, mixed at the Fredman Studio (At The Gates, In
Flames, Dark Tranquillity fame) and mastered by Goran Finnberg at Mastering Room, will be accompanied by a stunning video-clip of the song 'Celestial Furnace' and it will contain a powerful version of Pantera's 'Mouth For War'. Stay tuned, Disarmonia Mundi are back!
